What are the terms for our tutoring services?

Tutoring is available to students of all ages seeking academic assistance in SQA subjects.
What is the policy on cancellations and rescheduling?
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations in order to obtain a refund or reschedule a session. Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.
How are tutoring sessions scheduled and conducted?
Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement through TutorBird and are held online through Microsoft Teams.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers for all tutoring fees and send out invoices on the 21st of each month.
Are there any guarantees on tutoring outcomes?
While we will provide your child with all of the resources at our disposal to help them attain the grade they are aiming for, we cannot guarantee specific academic results.
What is the confidentiality policy regarding student information?
All personal and academic information is kept strictly confidential and secure in accordance with GDPR.
